These Boston-based indie rock guys have been around for a while; first album was "Antics" in 2013, but they're still putting new stuff out. Unique sound created by quirky vocals and retro-ish jangly guitar distortion.

If you like your country on the traditional, more serious side, Cris Jacobs may be for you. He has a soulful, well trained voice, like a huskier Lyle Lovett. Varied compositions and excellent lyrics. Large catalog.
