We would pay money to not have to listen to this. Grating vocals dominate solo performer pop-rock that features piano prominently, and obvious attention to its overblown emo lyrics, all of which make Ben Folds its closest comp. But this music is too focused on its own poetic importance. Ben Folds is better by a lot.
